Open the app, describe what you need (groceries, a package, a restaurant pickup — anything), set the pickup and drop-off, and post it. A nearby courier accepts, picks it up, and brings it to your door. You watch them on the live map the whole time and pay them in cash on arrival.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery only. You pay the courier in person when they hand off the items — no cards, no in-app payment, no subscription. The price is shown upfront before you confirm the errand.
Is there any subscription or signup fee?
No. Errnd is free to download and free to use. There's no monthly fee, no signup fee, and no card required. You only pay the delivery fee (and item cost if it's a purchase errand) to the courier in cash.
What can I have delivered?
Almost anything that fits in a bag, a backpack, or a small car: groceries, restaurant meals, pharmacy items, packages, documents, gifts, a forgotten charger, a bouquet of flowers. If it's legal and a courier can carry it, Errnd can deliver it.
How is my courier matched to me?
Once you post an errand, nearby active couriers see it and send you offers. You see each courier's name, photo, rating, vehicle, and price — pick whichever you want. You're never auto-matched without your approval.
What if something goes wrong with my delivery?
Every errand has a "Report an issue" button. It pauses the auto-confirm clock, opens a support conversation with both you and your courier, and a human reviews before anything is finalized. You can also rate the courier afterwards, which affects who gets future errands.
How do I become a courier?
Sign up in the app as a courier, upload your ID and driver's license, and once approved you can go online and start accepting nearby errands. You keep 100% of every fare — Errnd takes zero commission. Cash gets paid to you on the spot at every delivery.
In which cities is Errnd available?
Errnd operates across Morocco. Couriers can accept errands inside any city — Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier and more — and city-to-city deliveries are supported too (e.g. Casa → Rabat, Marrakech → Tangier).
Is the app available in Arabic?
Yes — Errnd supports English, French, and Arabic with full right-to-left layout for Arabic users.
